Dear Travel Partner: 

Thank you for contacting us. For below request, please use this general waiver on all affected passengers due to schedule changes only To/From Rwanda ( WBRFWDSCRW) and this is general waiver is for refund only. 

This waiver is given out only on WB operated flights and WB document. 

Please any misuse will attract ADM. 

But once there has been schedule change and then you re-issue the ticket then after some time a passenger changes his/her mind to be refunded, here you have to use fare rules not to use general waiver for refund.
